AFS is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organisation with over 100,000 volunteers worldwide. We have over 50 years' experience in New Zealand and are part of an organisation of more than 50 partner countries. There is a staffed national office in each country.
AFS New Zealand sends and hosts around 1000 students a year between more than 30 countries and is supported by a number of major New Zealand companies
The AFS Otago Chapter spans the East Coast of the South Island between Palmerston and Milton and inland to Cromwell. The centre of AFS Otago is Dunedin City.
